Temporary invoice files are deleted immediately after the ZIP file is generated, and the download link remains accessible for 7 days. We do not store sensitive billing information or Stripe API keys on our servers beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

To use invoicepowerup.com, you must provide a valid email address and Stripe API key. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Stripe API key and for all activities that occur through your use of the Service. No formal account registration is required beyond submitting these details for each use, though subscription plans may require additional account management.

You agree to use invoicepowerup.com in compliance with these ToS and all applicable laws. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Standard Plan: Supports a single Stripe account with unlimited Invoice downloads per month.
• Pro Plan: Supports unlimited Stripe accounts and unlimited invoice downloads per month.

Payments are processed through secure gateways. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing or plan features with prior notice, and such changes will apply to your next billing cycle.

We collect only the essential information needed to facilitate the Service: your email address and Stripe API key. Your email address is shared with Resend, a third-party email service provider, solely to deliver the download link. We do not store or access sensitive Stripe API keys beyond the scope of generating and delivering the ZIP file. invoicepowerup.com is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim liability for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from your use of the platform. You acknowledge that invoice processing and data integrity rely on Stripe's APIs, which are outside of our control. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to invoicepowerup.com at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in activities that compromise the integrity of the Service or other users. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
